Marine Design and Consulting AS – One year in operation 01.01.2016

MDC, providing new merchant ship designs and marine engineering, has now been in operation for one year.

The MDC team has during its first year developed and made available several new and highly efficient ship designs, within the different shiptype segments as chemical and product tankers, short sea bulkers and roro cargo carriers.

New MDC designs are all based on new developed and optimized hullforms and efficient propulsion and fueling solutions, ensuring optimum energy efficiency and FO consumption,

MDC develops designs for clients worldwide adapted to latest rules and regulations and tailored to possible specific and special requirements.
